Experiential Menswork

We believe there is such a thing as 'authentic masculine identity', and it is genuine, deep and amazing. But it isn't a convenient blueprint. There are common factors that men share, yet also each man has his own unique journey and ways of expression. Evolving Man runs mutually supportive workshops of experiential self-discovery in which each person contributes by being as real as they can be moment by moment.

Would you like to access more of your own strength and depth? Do you think you might enjoy learning to connect with women from a place of stronger self-expression? Do you wonder if you can be more genuinely connected to other men? If so it could be time to start reclaiming your identity as a full & real man!

Being 'real' is simply a commitment to an ongoing journey of discovery, and calls for courage to break away from the need for social approval and from cultural stereotypes. It is something that you only discover by going vulnerably & honestly into the depths of who you are.

In these experiential participatory workshops we express and gain a clear reflection of the facets of ourselves that we don’t see so well. Being in a group of ‘brothers’ who are seeking conscious evolution is one of the most potent supports a man can have in his journey of becoming more of himself.

All events currently planned will be here on the front page. A solid booking requires you to have paid at least your deposit. If you have not done that then your place is at risk if the event fills.

Taking the Journey

Jared & Arven run co-operative and supportive workshops for men from an inclusive perspective. We create and facilitate opportunities to share space and explore the hidden & unknown within ourselves. We do not offer definitives, but instead encourage a journey of individual investigation, supported in the presence of other conscious men.

You might be someone who totally gets how amazing it is to be fully aware of your body, or you might be new to the benefits of embodiment practice such as Qi Gong. You might be very conscious of how conditioned patterns & habits influence your life, or you might be just starting to notice such things. You might call yourself spiritual and/or understand the basic meaning of the 'transpersonal', or you might not have a particular affinity for these perspectives...

All that really matters if you want to join us in a journey of discovering your depth and power is that you can hold respectful space for other men, and are genuinely interested in your own potential and in supporting other men as they seek theirs. All exercises to do with relating to the feminine are offered from a heterosexual perspective, as that is our life-experience, but any man who is willing to be genuine with his 'brothers' is welcome to attend.
